At ColorMeet, every product is handcrafted with love, effort, and creativity. Because each piece is unique, we have a clear and fair return & refund policy to protect both our artists and our customers.


Order Confirmation Process

Before shipping any artwork:

  • Our team will personally contact the buyer after the order is placed.
  • We will provide additional photos and videos of the actual artwork so the buyer can clearly see all details, textures, and originality.
  • The buyer will then reconfirm the order before it is shipped.

➡️ Once the buyer has reconfirmed and the product is delivered as shown, no returns or refunds will be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns and refunds are allowed only if:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping, or
  • The wrong item is delivered by mistake.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 2 days of our approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been inspected.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if eligible) will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized artworks
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Orders that were already reconfirmed by the buyer with photos/videos before delivery
