Orders & Payments
- Orders placed through www.colormeet.com are considered valid once confirmed by us.
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other methods as specified at checkout.
- For COD orders, payment must be made in full upon delivery. Refusal to pay for a confirmed order may lead to account suspension or denial of future purchases.
Order Confirmation & Authenticity
- After receiving an order, ColorMeet will contact the buyer to share additional photos/videos of the artwork.
- Once the buyer reconfirms the purchase, the order is considered final and binding.
- After reconfirmation, the buyer cannot cancel, return, or request a refund unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ship artworks securely and with proper packaging.
- Estimated delivery times will be shared at checkout but may vary based on location.
- ColorMeet is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
