Order Confirmation Process
Before shipping any artwork:
- Our team will personally contact the buyer after the order is placed.
- We will provide additional photos and videos of the actual artwork so the buyer can clearly see all details, textures, and originality.
- The buyer will then reconfirm the order before it is shipped.
➡️ Once the buyer has reconfirmed and the product is delivered as shown, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns and refunds are allowed only if:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping, or
- The wrong item is delivered by mistake.

Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be shipped back within 2 days of our approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been inspected.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if eligible) will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized artworks
- Discounted or clearance items
- Orders that were already reconfirmed by the buyer with photos/videos before delivery
